Mitch was just completing his senior year when the schools shut down because of Covid. He wrapped up senior year online and then headed home. He would just need to complete his student teaching in the fall. That ended up being for an online school as well. He taught from our basement. It wasn't the ideal student teaching situation but he made it work and did amazing.
