Basketball Season

The 2015 basketball season saw a dominating team destroy the competition and one boy discover the "3-pointer".  Grant's team literally steamrolled their opponents with stifling D led by Grant's high-powered offense and natural instincts to steal the ball.  Grant poured in an amazing 42 points one game.  Needless to say after that game he was no longer interested in hockey.  Joel's team had a solid season - winning a few and losing a few.  Joel quickly discovered his knack for hitting "3-pointers" and before you know it one of the biggest kids on the court was chucking them from the cheap seats and actually knocking his fair share of them down.  As you can see "3-pointer" is in quotes as there was no 3 point line.  The kids used their "judgement" to declare if a made basket was a 3.  As ythey were you can imagine, the kids were pretty quick to declare anything from beyond 10ft a 3-pointer.
