Katie Birthday

Katie 4-0 Party

Katie turned the big 4-0 on 3/15 and celebrated at the Thirsty Buffalo with a ton of her friends.  Everyone had a ton of fun.  Katie had a great time with her friends, that is, until the long ride home.  Needless to say we had to a make few stops on the way home.  Happy 40th birthday Katie!

Grant Basketball

Grant's 1st season of traveling basketball was successful as well.  Grant was literally a One-Man Gang leading his team to a number of wins.  He was pretty well prepared as he practiced with Joel's 4th grade all last season as a 3rd grader and filled in at a couple tournaments when Joel started out the season with a broken arm.  Great season Grant - we love watching you play!

Joel Basketball

Joel's 5th grade BBall season was another success.  Even thought they finished 9-17 they played hard and were in every game they played.  Joel led his team in scoring and continued to improve.  This was Dad's second season coaching basketball and needless to say I am still learning.  It's not easy being the coaches kid but Joel handles it well and I wouldn't trade coaching him for the world.  What fun season and great group of boys to coach.  Great job Joel!
