Mello

In November we got a new addition to the family - a multi-poo-bichon named Mello.  We named him Mello because we was as fluffy as a marshmellow.  We told the boys that we were dog sitting for our friend named Fern and surprised the boys on Joel's birthday that we were keeping him.  He is a great dog and the boys love him.  It's nice to have a dog around again.  Mello fills the void left when Billy passed away 4 years ago.

Florida

Thanksgiving was spent in Fort Meyers Beach FL with Katie's entire family.  Dad came down a few days later (Tues before Thanksgiving) and surprised the boys - I had told them I had to work and couldn't down.  I showed up just wandering around the beach one afternoon.  When they first saw me they did a lot of staring and said "that guy looks like Dad".  After I wandered around a little more Grant yelled "Dad, it's Dad!"  It was fun surprise!

The whole family (minus Mitch who was in WI with his mom's family).  I'm still surprised this guy didn't run off with Katie's camera.

Friend Desi and Roy came down the coast to spend time with us.

Dad surprised the kids and rented a Mustang convertible for us to cruise around in for the week.  It was fun to have the top down and cruise along the ocean.
