Sledding

Just a few pictures from one of the only trips we made to the "big hill" this year. The boys were usually still happy sledding on the side of our house once again this year, and Grant only had one collision with the deck post at the bottom of the hill at our house... oops... may need to wrap those in foam for next year!

Nana Jane's Birthday

We celebrated nana's 61st Birthday with her this year with a cake with about 5 batches of buttercream:) yum! Kelly and Chris were here, as well as aunt connie!

I Love to Read Month - Book Parade

Joel's entire school had a parade through the hallways with everyone dressed as a character from a favorite book. Joel's was a "No David" book, called "David Gets in Trouble as School".... which may or may not have been an appropriate choice for Joel... :)

Basketball!

Joel participated in his first year of basketball this year. I would say it was a success, overall. He made his first basket towards the end of the year and was always excited about going to the games. Any guesses to what little brother is very ready to join him next year:)?
