First Dance!

Wow, now I know this boy is getting old for sure!... he went to a dance with a "GIIRRLLLLLL", as Joel and Grant would say. I loveo the way they think it is sooooo wierd and funny and love to make fun of Mitchell about it. Quite the homecoming crew they had, fun and good looking bunch of freshmen!

Is it Halloween Yet?!?

About the last week of September, Joel became obsessed with decorating for Halloween, and every day when he got home from school, he would report that EVERYONE had their Hallween decorations up! We held him off until the end of September, but he was definitely not going to wait any longer than that.

I thought it would be fun, every one and awhile to download all the phone pictures from mine and Jeff's phone, and some others have texted us to the blog. Despite the poor photo quality, many of these everyday, real moments are priceless...

Grant, and his new buddy, Connor, who moved in kiddy-corner from us during the summer. Now that we see him every morning at the bus stop, these two have become friends and ask to play everyday.

Left to Right... Joel, Henry, and Grant.  Henry is our neighbor boy who is Grant's age, who also lives kiddy-corner to us (opposite direction of Connor). The boys have recently "discovered" each other and that they really like to play together.

Homework Please!!

I figure if there is ever anything that really needed to be documented on the blog, this is it... Grant is having a great 2nd year of preschool so far. He loves school, loves his friends at school, loves his teacher. Everything is great... well everything except the lack of homework that is:) Grant has been extremely envious of Joel's kindergarten homework... so much so that we have opted to ask for homework for Grant, which his teacher as more than happy to help out with, and Grant loves it. Here is is working in his very first homework. I also added a first day of preschool picture on the bottom, since I don't think I ever posted that!
